  • Got Double Day done! 234 was my burn on Core Cardio.

  • We pay $100/month for a family membership to the YMCA. I think it's high and know there are several other places nearby that are cheaper, but the equipment is great, atmosphere is family friendly, and the kids love open swim times.   • The temptation to sit on my butt and not push play was STRONG, but... I pushed play anyway and did my Rip'T Circuit today.
  • I would go with the FT4 if you just want it for calorie burn and not to track on the Polar site. Whenever mine starts to lose my heart rate, it is usually time to change the batteries, or it isn't wet enough on the contacts.

  • Kind of a blah measurement day, but I expected it due to monthly water bloat. Some small losses and a few small gains. Eh, I'll make it up next week!
  • I'm finishing up week 5 of Alpha and have lost a couple pounds and probably around 4 inches total so far. :) I also lift weights 2 times a week at the Y.
  • I'm getting my Double Day done today. Tomorrow after stats I need to make up for not getting in my Alpha Cardio from yesterday (but walking in the rain for trick or treating with the kids counts for a little something :D).

  • Started week 3 of Alpha today. I can definitely tell I am stronger, and even did much heavier weights at the Y this morning too!
  • Week one done and I did my double day workout back to back (Cardio and Lower). Whew! Bring on the results!!

  • I started Alpha this morning! Since it is Tuesday and I wanted to stay on schedule, I did Speed 1.0. Hubby didn't bring the set home until after work yesterday and I do an intense Zumba class on Monday nights so I figured that counts as the Cardio for yesterday. I burned 218 in the 25 min!
