I'm actually on week 4 but thought we should have a new thread for this week. :) I did Alpha Cardio today and did a lot better not having to follow Tanya. Feeling stronger!!

Post your success for the week! I'm on week 6 so I started Beta this week. Love it, but also feeling the soreness from the increased intensity.

Week 4
Feeling stronger yet? Able to modify less this week? I'm actually on week 5 this week. Got Total Body in yesterday (plus 40 minutes of weights at the Y) and did Ab Intervals today (might throw in some P90x Ab Ripper to sweeten the mix too).
