I've been using Body Fortress , Strawberry and Chocolate Peanut butter but have also read the lawsuit against them for "Spiking" their powders. I'm now trying Six Star triple Chocolate Casein and I think I've found my new powder as its cheaper than ON and some others and the taste is great, especially with plain almond…

So If I'm following MFP I should keep close to the increased Macro amounts (protein/carbs/Fats), due to increased daily exercise. meaning one day I need to eat lets say 160ish grams protein then workout and have to eat more protein that day, same with other macros

Just started also :)

Same boat here. I started on the weights too late but doing good. I also have the loose skin thing going and some more fat to loose.

Good Luck. You got this.

I would get an x-ray just incase. How are your shoes? good shape worn out? I found my outer foot pain was due to a improper shoe and my foot would role out onto the edge.
-
Run 5k daily ( 80% of max heart rate), strength train 3-4 times a week, some yoga I just started, 20 minutes on the bike 5-6 times a week.
-
Where's the pain isolated at? Top, arch, toes, ankles , outer part of foot?

I just started weight training. ABA/BAB routine 3 times a week upper body then lower body with core with my home gym. thanx for the info. I will stick to running and bump the mileage a bit and throw the bike in there for variety.
-
This 8) I'm also new to strength training and do the ABA/BAB thing. I didn't want to be sore all the time where I would dread the workout and give up.

DOMS, stretching was key for me 8)

Currently I had no plan to cut back on running. Still a 5km (7days a week ) but on "off" strength days I want to add cross training to my 5k. So strength 3 days/week, run 5k 7days/week , add in some cycling and a casual walk besides the 5k on those 4 days away from strength. I was running 10k once a week before the new…

ya I had DOMs when I incorporated HIIT into my daily runs and decided to cut back on HIIT for now. My goal from the start was to loose weight and improve my cardio which has happened. Once my goal weight is reach I hope to cut back on running a bit , but breaking the daily routine may be hard 8)

Water retention, daily sodium intake may be high and causing you to hold water. I weigh daily and I fluctuate up to 4lbs daily pending on what I ate.
