I recently started eating them. They have them at all the grocery stores by me, Ralphs, Albertsons, Von's, Safeway etc. In the tofu section. They are super filling and pretty good. They definitely have a little different texture than pasta...a little rubbery. But with a good sauce you can't really tell the difference. :)

Your muscles are shaking because they are weak and being challenged. They aren't strong enough yet to breeze through the exercises. Its good because you know it isn't too easy. The stronger you get, the less you'll shake. Which will mean you'll have to change it up to keep challenging your muscles. :)

I've never used a recipe persay but I make this all the time! Just boil cut up cauliflower in water until it's soft. I just keep checking it, about 10 minutes I think. I also use frozen cauliflower. Then drain out the water and mash it up until it's really mushy. Then I add a little milk, butter, salt, pepper and garlic.…

Sugar free popsicles/fudgesicles are my savior. They have NO sugar and taste great. I quit eating yogurt because the sugar content is astronomical. Sugar free jello is good too.

The most accurate time to weigh in would be first thing in the morning, before you eat or drink anything and after a trip to the bathroom. That is the most recommended as its closest to your 'true' weight.

I also work in circulation for a newspaper, but a big one. :) I do social media customer service and a TON of other stuff. My job description is quite lengthy but I love it. I love working for a company that I respect and admire with amazing coworkers. Our Pulitzer prizes speak for themselves.

People think yogurt is healthy but yogurt, even the light yogurt, is FULL of sugar! I actually quit eating yogurt because of it. I try to keep my sugar intake less than 5 grams per serving. It will change your life! You basically end up cutting out all processed food.
