Can always use more motivation! Anyone is welcome to add me(:

I feel like it depends on how we see ourselves. We are our worst critics when it comes to our bodies. Honestly, that saddens me because Its horrible that we could put labels on ourselves like "gross" or "disgusting". I'm not saying that I judge people for thinking that about themselves, (because I feel the same way, even…

I never weigh myself, just rely on what I feel like. I think sometimes people will give up if they see that the scale isn't budging. But if you're losing weight every week, that could also be an inspiration to keep doing what you're doing.

I love the song tip! I've never thought of that before and I'm excited to try that tomorrow. Seriously, every time I go running now, I seem to enjoy it more and more. Anyways, Thanks!

Seriously amazing! If that's not inspiring, I don't know what is.

Thanks, lots of great advice! I can't wait to put on some running shoes and give it a go again!

I totally agree, anorexics tend to deny they have a problem and the doctor probably thought thats what you were trying to do. If you know deep down that you are mentally healthy, than that's all that matters. If I were you, I'd get advice from a personal trainer and dietition to start moving towards muscle gain.

I'm sorry this is happening to you, I can relate in so many ways. The last thing you should be thinking about when recovering from an eating disorder, is losing weight. You're already at a perfect weight, girl! Why don't you tone up instead of lose weight? When you starve or throw up to be thinner, you lose muscle mass too.

You look great! I hope to get there soon!

 This really inspired me to not care about being the skinniest, but the healthiest I can be physically and mentally. Thanks so much for sharing this story because I feel like women need to see why it's important to be mentally healthy too.

Than,s guys! I've always had a hard time with finding the right size for my build without being too small or too big. I guess I just need to find what's comfortable for me.

I also agree with the poster above. I used to drink soda a lot, but once I cut it out of my diet, I had no desire to want one. I'd take one sip and think "this actually doesn't taste as good as I thought." I think once we give our bodies proper nutrition, we start to crave what's good for us.

I'm new as well, I'll add you!

I like the idea of eating only when people are around! Thanks for the advice  And yeah, I defiantly need to know the balance between losing weight and being healthy. I feel like sometimes I binge because I feel "too small" but then I feel big after a bad binge. It's frustrating to not know my true size!
