Anyone have a LifeTrak activity monitor watch?
So I just jogged for about 65 minutes and my LifeTrak told me I burned 816 calories. Does anyone possibly know how accurate LifeTrak wrist watches are? The calories burned seem a bit exaggerated but maybe I am burning that many calories? Does anyone have some information on these sort of watches? Thanks :smile:

Runners
So I kind of have a weird question. Typically, it seems like girl runners have small but muscular arms. Like, they don't have any fat on their arms, just muscle. I was wondering if they do arm excersizes, or running gives them that look.

Need some encouragement
For some reason, I have it set in my mind that I'll probably binge tomorrow. It's not that I'm planning it, I just have a feeling it could happen. This scares me so bad because I really can't fall back into bad habits again. I've been doing so good and I can't handle a set back like this. I guess I'm just asking for advice…
