Diabetics blood sugar can drop. It just depends on what you have eaten for the day. I don't feel bad when it gets high only when it gets low. I know when I exercise more my blood sugar gets lower..Please ask your doctor...Only they can tell you one way or the other...Cindy

I don't know much about a gluten free diet. I watching a program on tv and they were discussing on his show that you have to watch gluten free products that are already prepared for people in the stores because they have extra calories...I believe that it would be best to come up with your own recipes...just a thought...

When I get real hungry I keep my fingers busy with the computer or I crochet....Tv is my worst enemy I always get hungry when I just sit and watch tv.....AND...I also drink lots of water...lol...Keep busy...that's what works for me...Cindy
