I only weigh once a week...It seems to work for me. Everyone is different. I usually don't even think of it until the day of. I wish you luck...Cindy...0

Great idea - it's much better in the long run to focus on something else rather than just the number on the scales.
I find setting yourself goals other than weight really helps - mine include being able to run 10km and being able do 10 proper (not on knees) push-ups. Even goals for healthier eating are great, things like drinking more water, eating more fruit & veg. Also, you could try going off your measurements rather than your weight.
