Here's one other question...kinda dumb I guess, but do you workout with someone for all this lifting? I find I'd really like to have a permanent spotter so I can push myself more. But, omg, I'm scared to death to ask one of the guys standing around to help. Don't want to bother them...:blushing:

I've learned to never mention anything about working out/weight loss, etc. on facebook. People aren't interested. Lots of reasons for that. That's why MFP is sooooo fun...:)

My Hubby is only 6'2" and he weighs about 190....I think he could use come weight on him. I can't imagine 6'4" at 179. Won't be much left of you!

I have horrible knees, but I tried the 30ds barefoot, and cannot believe the difference with my knee pain. It's almost non-existent! Would have never believed it. Might give it a shot. A rebounder also does wonders...:)

Day 18....have lost about an inch in each thigh. Stomach/thighs/breasts measuring the same, but I've moved my belt buckle over a notch, and i was able to wear a pair of dress slacks I've not worn for a long time. Well, before the Shred, I went to the gym 3-4 days a week.
