  • I started the 30ds this morning-level1. I would love to be held accountable with you all! :)
  • Now I am going to have to do this based on your pereliminary results! I know everyone is different, but WOW! Look at how your breasts lifted and that butt, too! I would do it JUST to get that butt! lol
  • You look fabulous!
  • Honestly? She said this is her progress over the first 10 days. She nowhere at all, implied that she expected this to come off immediately. She in fact never mentioned how long she plans to diet and exercise or if this is a lifetime run of better well being. Lets give her credit where it is obviously do and lift her up…
  • Yes!!! I see a remarkable difference already. 1) Picture one: the gut extends further out than the breast and the side indention is fairly deep. 2) Picture two: the breast now extends further than your gut does and that indention is very much decreased. This is showing WONDERFUL progress...nice and even loss. I assume the…
  • Absolutely fantastic transformation! What an amazing job! Congratulations on your lifestyle change.
  • I am so envious of those that can do this! Congratulations! I use to run ALL the time when I was younger and very fit (size 3, 110 pounds) and at that time I was a 32b at best. Now I am in my early 40's and my breast are 37dd (but 8 weeks ago was 40ff) and my girls are fibracystic and I have a lump at 9oclock right where…
  • No, you are more hour glass than pear. Your hip and chest ratio is not very far off from one another and your waist definitely cinches 10 inches less than the hips and chest. You are VERY proportionately sound and what I would aspire for and then some! My norm is 34-26-34. What I am striving to return to. I'm 5'4 and…
  • Yes, we most definitely see a difference. Your midriff looks amazing! You have compacted and lifted nicely! Keep up your awesome work. You should feel very proud of your work thus far. You will be where you want to be....have patience. Life is a journey...not a sprint. We are often our hardest critics.
  • Google. Here is a link to get you started: http://themusclediary.com/lean-muscle-vs-bulky-muscle/
  • From the looks of it, you have been at this for some time, working on your lift weight. Don't you think tolerances to those weights has come to play? You didn't go right from one 35% extreme to 17% overnight by immediately lifting heavy with low reps, correct? Apparently op is still trying to lose weight...not just gain…
  • Do lift sessions and follow up with cardio. It will make your body stay in burning mode to repair and build muscle hours after your exercise routine has stopped. Unlike cardio alone which exercise burning ceases when the cardio ceases. For lean muscle lower weight/higher reps For bulk muscle higher weight/lower rep Cardio…
  • 1) You were never a "loser" because you had gained weight. You just lost sight of what was important to you at the time. It's easy to be lazy but I don't think you should view yourself as a loser, only temporarily misguided. 2) You should feel very proud of yourself! You have done a wonderful job in transformation.…
  • That is awesome progress, Tony. Congratulations!
  • You look fabulous! Saw I posted to this from a while back...and it seems you figured it out what works for you..so KUDOS!
  • Because weight loss and gain is not something that happens in a 24 hour period (immediate). The 4 pounds you lost could have been from activity a week previous to the binge.
  • You look fantastic and even look 5 years younger! Great job!!!
  • LOL...I don;t think you will get in trouble for asking this...it seems a very valid question to ask! Yes, the boobs will shrink. At least in my case they did. I have photos when I started a weight loss regimine in 1994 where I started off as a 36dd (I was 140 pounds at the time, 5'4 inches tall. I went down to 98 pounds…
  • Ups and downs...we all know this very well. Congratulations on your new hobby (hiking) and for getting up and about and enjoying life! And of course...to many more days of success (and even struggles) as that is what builds our character and keeps us going.
  • "Don't wish for it, Work for it"
  • " I know muscle weighs more than fat." Major misnomer: The weight of fat and the weight of muscle is the same weight. It doesn't know the difference between the two. However, muscle is denser than fat so when you have more muscle, the entire package shrinks and is smaller, unlike fat which is less dense takes up more space…
