I'd just eat at least 1600 cal a day, and keep active (walking, swimming, yoga). Don't lift weights if you werent before you were pregnant and if you did, don't lift too heavy and stop in second trimester. (the eating should be healthy eating, as tempting and easy as picking dinner up on the way home will be, and it will…

I actually liked this article, thanks!

the worrying may be part of your issue. The stress and cause cortisol, which keeps your body in panic mode (perceiving a threat and therefore not shedding lbs it thinks it may need). You really need to take some deep breaths and realize that it will happen... usually when you stop worrying. Count the things your are happy…

LOVE fitnessblender.com!

more water, more nutrients. It means your muscles are over working. Low Potassium could be a cause (bananas are great for that). I'd start with making sure you are drinking enough water during the day (8glasses min.)

I've had it since july, no weight gain. nothing other than a 5day period 2x/month. which kinda sucks.

I had a c-section in May 2012. Pilates, Jillian Micheals, Fitnessblender.com, and an electric ab belt has helped me tone things up. I started at 8 weeks post partum doing light workouts and I've worked my way up. I'm not perfect, but, it is definately working. I couldn't do a sit up or plank when I started and now I'm…

When I was pregnant last year my doctor explained that I didn't need to eat more until the last trimester, when the baby is just gaining weight before birth. I maintained till the last trimester then I switched to gain .5 lb a week after that.

Baked salmon with parmesean cheese sprinkled on top and a squirt of lemon juice! Don't forget the side salad and wine!
-
^ this. Sometimes I get seltzar water and put some lemon/lime juice in it. I have grown quite fond of it and regular sodas/low cal carbonated drinks just taste gross now.
-
I had a whoosh the week before last, after plugging away for 5 months with NOTHING!. It was quite satisfying. Now i'm 9 lbs from my goal (pre-pregnancy weight). YAY FOR US!

Take the test! When I was pregnant I found out before my expected period by taking the test. If you are, it will show up...You need to know so you can stop the pill, asap, and make plans.

as you lose you have to tweek things. your body adjusts to what you are doing. change a few things. do some research.

I recently read that too much cardio can introduce the stress hormone 'Cortisol' into your system, which can adversly affect your weight loss around your stomach. Puting some weights into the mix can help out. I don't know what your eating habits are like, but, i recenlty finally lostweight after tweeking when I eat and…

every body is different. Talk to your doctor about sensitivity to carbs or sugars(pre-diabetes?). I dunno. I was in a rut and I started to up my protien, water, weight workouts, and timing of meals and recently lost weight i'd been holding onto since July.

it's about keeping yourself and your body healthy, and your cramps down (which may mean staying limber and the oxygen pumping through your tissues). I do my normal things minus inverted exercises (like yoga and some pilates). Anything else goes.

go to fitnessblender.com and see a few of their free kettlebell workouts. Also, Jillian michaels has a dvd that has a beginer and advanced kettle bell workouts on it. it's call "shred it with weights"

with bronchitis I'd rest up or at most go for a walk or light yoga.

any pill you take might cause you to lose weight. but, the moment you stop it WILL come back.

some time without the baby! Honestly, just a dinner date to a favorite place, a card or thoughtful note, and some intimate time.
-
2-3 big kale leaves, half an apple, 5 frozen strawberries, 2 cup water, 1 banana, and a 1/4 cup of greek yogurt. good meal replacement or side with a light dinner. Which is what I'm doing tonight...

^this.... and people are saying 'you don't measure yourself in cubic inces'...of course you don't. but it is sitll a fact. Also, fat grows at different speeds and so does muscle and vice versa. so I ask everyone this- If you gain a 'glob' of fat vs a 'glob' of muscle... which 'glob' weighs more people?
-
It is normal, and it is water fluctuations in your body. a 5 lb flucuation from morning to night is normal for some people. Alcohol causes an initial weight loss sometimes as it dehydrates you, then your body overcompensates with a few lbs of holding onto water while it 'heals' from the alochol. I don't like to weigh…

ahhh, I used to run that when I was high school track/cross country! If I still lived nearby I'd totally runt hat with you. hope you find a partner.
-
therea re lots of good branda. ****s has some good running shoes. i run in asics.
-
it's not back fat it's lose skin from lack of muscle tone. lift weights.
-
I used bio oil on mine after i was pregnant and drank a ton of water. they are still there, but, the same color of the rest of the skin. you most likely will never get rid of them, but, you can make them less noticable by having them become the same color as the rest of your skin.
-
you dont get 'fatter'. you just swell because your body retains more fluids. it goes away... don't count it as real weight gain.
-
I would do a walk/run combo... 2 min walk/1 min run... and up the run segment as you improve. that way your body will adjust as you get more into shape. Don't do it every day. Do it every other with with some other workout in between. Unless you are training for an event there is no need to run every day. I ran 10 miles a…
