  • i liked the old plan, the new points plus system doesn't for me. on the old plan i lost 10 lbs for my wedding and maintained. i can't seem to lose more than 5 lbs since july now on the current one.i got tired of paying for no real progress, just cancelled it. i'm just doing mfp now
  • yeah, I put some water in it to help mix it. I LOVE my vita-mix blender. I make baby food with it as well.
  • jump rope =the same as going running. i do that on rainy days when I cannot run (i'm stuck inside due to the hurricane as well; work closed). I'm also going to do some Pilates. trying to strengthen my core after a c section a few months ago.

  • perhaps to much running? The body gets tired of the same workout over and over. Switching it up every two weeks can make it work harder. The body is effiecient, it will figure out a way to burn less with the same workout, so trick it by switching back and forth every two weeks or so. Bike, run, swim, and repeat. Weights…

  • Drink WATER Drink green tea I stop eating at 8 pm ( go to bed at 10ish) so as not to feel bloated. I try to eat green things at least twice a day (even if it mean a salad with dinner and a green smoothie after a workout).

  • if you are peeing only 3-4 times a day you're dehydrated. You need to be going at least 6 for healthy waste removal. Drink more water. I used to have at least 2 uti's a year... I started rinsng off after sex and drinking more water and i haven't had one in 2 years.

  • alcohol in general will not be good for a diet. on the days your drinking, stick to veggies and protien to balance out the sugar and empty calories you'll be consuming. just have fun, on weekend of partying for celebration is not the end of the world. Life is to short to skimp on those end of semester memories.
