you are swelling from the food... lots of salt and the alocohol can make you swell for days later as well. does for me.

up then down could be water weight being put back on after workouts with muscle water retention. Up your water? If you are not already uping that. loosing fat is intense on the body.

my goal is to drink at least 8 cups of water a day, lower carbohydrates after noon each day, and pick up the protein/veggies in the evenings. We shall see.

garlic squid, veggie curry (with TOFU), eat half the portion of rice they give you, and drink lots of water. I love anything thai and seafood! I'm actually making my own curry tonight with tofu, pineapple, bamboo shoots, and brown rice. :) enjoy!

on a safe side, 20-25.. but if you are lighter i'd say 5-10. those last 10 are a doozy.

this all really is good info! I've always been a cardio queen.... recently I realized that maybe I'd get rid of these last 10 lbs if I lifted more, or did cardio/weight workouts. We'll see!

first, your period doesn't stop when you get wet. Tampons work just fine.

700 is awesome! I burn between 300-500 depending on what I do that day. I run 4 miles, swim hard for 50 minutes, do weights, and switch it up with aerobics... of course I am on the last 10 lbs to loose too....

My attention span is nil, so depending on the day I swim laps, run outside, run inside (gym has indoor track), use eliptical, use stair treadmill, regular treadmill, take a class (body core, etc). that is not enough time to think it doesn't work. your weight gain could be water weight, muscle swelling, etc.... seriously... be more mindfull on sodium intake, processed foods, diet anything, and realize that it's more about what you eat than how you workout. by just staying active continuously you would be healtheir…

if i'm hungry I'll eat them all back. if not, I don't. Forget what people say, do what your body is telling you. That is a lot of workout time so your body might need the fuel. But, if your full, don't push it.

I buy my fiber pills at target, but, they are sold at most pharmacies and supermarkets as well... assuming you are in the US.

sometimes fat is lost unevenly in areas. Drink more water (more than 8 glasses) and sweat it out. keep the ab workouts going, and stay positive!

the final stretch is probobly the lat 10-20 lbs. When you are within normal range usually. Keep going!

That's great on the weight loss so far! stay this motivated when you eventually plateau and remember it's for your health. buffets can be tricky... stay with the cleanest possible choices.

I"m sticking to wine, boca burgers, fruit, and veggies. lotsa water in between drinks and allowing myself to indulge, but not overly so.
