I bought one, and am not sure if it is counting calories right. During a Bollywood Dance workout it says I burned about 500 cal. in an hour, but, MFP's category for dancing says only about 340-400.
Anyone have any advice or knowledge about if this product is good for women. It says it's good for both. But the big difference in cal is concerning.
