Frida I actually jogged.......yes jogged......not fast mind u but for a full 15 minutes without stopping and I think I could have done 20 if I would have pushed myself a bit harder! no that isn't right! It should never tell you under 1200 cals under any circumstances. If you go under 1200 cals your body will go into starvation mode and you may actually gain weight. I would say maybe you have some of your settings wrong or something.

I haven't done it and don't have it but the one for the abs they say REALLY works! I need to get it but just haven't yet!

go to ur community message boards and type in 30 day shred. there is a link where people have posted the results they have gotten with the 30 day shred and they are AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! Good luck. I have done it and gotten to day 15 and had to stop because of a back injury but will get back to it soon!

I think you need to get in at least 1200-1400 cals a day or your body will store those cals for energy and you won't lose. give it a try and see what happens. and be patient. I know thats hard to do but u didn't put it on in a day and u sure won't lose it in a day either! Good luck!

I started at 230 and just started walking and doing the walk away the pounds videos when I couldn't walk outside. Stick with it!!! as long as you are moving you will get to when you want to be. It won't happen overnight (unfortunately) but it will happen if you have dilligence and determination! good luck!
