make sure you are taking your measurement. I started my journey in March of 2010 and by Oct I had lost 50 lbs but I have been stuck since Nov of 2010. fluctuating between two numbers. I have had a plateau since November...........thought I had finally gotten thru it but not so much. The scales were back up this morning! :( I have tried everything I know so if you find something that works let me know!

I have the dvds and the one for wii. I love the wii game! the dvd are ok but since there are only 3 different dvds it gets very repetitive!

my goal is to get under 180 this month and stay there..........I have been bouncing back and forth from 181 to 185 or so since November and would love to get under 180 and stay there! So frustrating!

I really think getting a heart rate watch or something like that would be your best bet.......I have found with mine that MFP is way over on cals burned for me on some of the exercises.

I started out at a size 20/22 and have lost 45 lbs and am in a size 16 would like to ideally get down to size 9 but we will see! Good luck everyone!

I am having the same exact problem......I have tried everything I know of to try. I have changed up my eating to not eat more than 24 grams of carbs a day (and it is a HUGE struggle) and I have changed up my exercise to make it harder and a little different. Let me know how this works for u and maybe I will do the same!

Thank u all for ur responses. This has helped me become more aware of the types of carbs I need to put into my body! Maybe not limit so much the amount of carbs but to watch the kinds of carbs I eat instead!

I do that also.....If I take just one day off and eat badly I can gain anywhere between 3 and 5 pounds in 1 DAY! but usually comes off the next day or so when I get back to it. I think it is mostly water weight. Good luck! I understand how frustrating it can be!

I did day 1 Friday and going to do it again today sometime! I think its great! Really gets u sweating in 20 min!

Im with the others The Jillian Michaels dvds r great! They are 20 -30 min and really kick ur butt!

I "TRY" to workout 6 days a week with 1 day off and hr each day sometimes more than an hr.............but sometimes u just need and extra day! :) do what works for u and ur body!
