  • I haven't binge eaten in 3 weeks!
  • I beat it by reading a book that my grandpa gave me... it's kind of expensive though ($50). It's called "Eat this, lose that" by Dr. Kota Reddy and it has a lot of helpful pictures and diagrams and explains the science behind nutrition and the effects of sugar and starch on our bodies in a simple way. I knew some of it but…
  • I'm I can't speak for the OP but I'm doing it to control blood sugar and because I'm teaching myself to eat to fuel my body, not for social/fun/stress-relieving purposes like I was doing. I already have much more energy and have a better mindset since I've been able to cook things that still taste good but are purely for…
  • I'm dairy, sugar, and starch free. I do eat eggs. I eat about 8 oz of lean meats a day and lots of vegetables, some Reddy bread, and nuts and seeds.
  • Hm, maybe add in a protein shake (just one scoop!!) afterward for extra calories? Designer whey is nice and only has about 100 cal per scoop. I burn around 2000 calories a day.. I'm not sure how many calories I should be eating really..
  • Day 3 done! I don't know why I have so much trouble with it , I do martial arts on top of it o.o But it's exciting to know it will help with cardio and fat burn so I'll do better at kickboxing!!!! My mom's on day 3 as well and she never exercises but she makes it through the entire thing without pausing
  • So sounds like you guys are saying it's easy.. well SERIOUSLY try doing actual classes at a gym you WILL feel pain it's guaranteed!!!!
  • I go to a gym for martial arts and they have guys who specialize in kettlebells, in fact I just got back from a class, and they advise to NOT do Jillian Michaels ones because they aren't the proper way to do them. Also, be careful when buying kettlebells as well.
  • Sometimes when I'm with my boyfriend the things we eat for lunch/dinner don't get logged because I have no idea what's in them or how many calories.. he always has homemade Brasilian food so I must eat some of it
  • I'm in, in fact.. I just finished my first workout with it! So perfect timing!
  • Haven't started the 30DS i still need to buy it (my mom and I are doing it together so I'm waiting for her), but I work out and you just need to keep going at it it takes a while to build endurance. I'm sure once you do 2 full weeks of it it will get better, I know it's a bit different than what trainers do at my gym.…
  • My mom eats it and she eats healthy, not sure if it has high sodium or anything or what they put on it but if you eat it I'd advise to skip the tortillas and just mix with salsa!
  • soy joys and one fruit!
  • I don't think you should take it back, afterall it's opened. I have a Playstation 3 and some other consoles, no Wii, but yeah for mine to play my games and open certain things I constantly have to update it. The game is newer than your Wii, an update is definitely the problem. Try bringing your wii to someones house who…
  • When I was growing up (i'm the same age i will be a high school senior this year), my family was never health-conscious when it came to food. I'd eat fast food all day, or at home have high calorie frozen meals or zebra cakes donuts etc. No one taught me to eat well or encouraged me to eat the right things because they…
  • First off, great job on sticking to weights and working out and losing it! Secondly, I'm 5'3 as well. I was in the 120s when I started Muay Thai.. but somehow I weigh 140 now.. I have so much flab it hasn't gone anywhere and I don't eat sugar/bread. How many calories have you been eating with a heavy workout schedule? Also…
  • I like Designer Whey in chocolate or vanilla, and Dymatize protein powder.
  • Amazing!!! I do Muay Thai kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and haven't been able to get back down to that size, no clue why even after cutting out bread and sugar.... hm :\ But amazing! My mom is your height and was about 170 and she dropped down to 112!
