My mom eats it and she eats healthy, not sure if it has high sodium or anything or what they put on it but if you eat it I'd advise to skip the tortillas and just mix with salsa!

Not the healthiest option. Typically very high in sodium! But if you make up for it with lower sodium in other meals, it would be okay.

Don't eat that, it'll kill you. Slowly. From the inside out.

    Just kidding.

    Knock yourself out!
But not literally, that would hurt.

Sounds good to me. Good plan to remove the skin first. I tend to get them from the grocery store sometimes ('cuz they're so dang easy), and those tend to have pretty high sodium. If "flexing a bird" means you're fixing it yourself (I'm so not hip), you can control that big-time. Tortillas and fresh salsa sound great. Enjoy!

Here's my favorite way to use rotisserie chicken: skin and shred the chicken and mix it with a little lowfat yogurt, diced celery, diced red onions, sunflower seeds (no shells), craisins, a little honey and a touch of cinnamon. We are talking one really good and healthy chicken salad here. Bet it'd be swell in a tortilla, too. :)
