  • I already have this side effect from Latuda, so it will be nothing new :smile: That's a great success, I am hoping to see some progress like that soon!
  • I am on adderall as well, which is a potent appetite suppressant for me already. I mostly walk around not hungry and don't really eat until dinner time anyway (coffee and a protein shake during the day). I find weekends are the hardest with keeping within my calorie allotments because we tend to eat out more.

  • Who says you have to eat a few small meals? I regularly eat one large meal for the day. Intermittent fasting is a thing and is perfectly fine if that's what you want to do.
  • I lost 50 lbs taking Latuda and my psych just added topamax in part because of the weight loss side effect. I am also bipolar. Those are the two most weight neutral meds.   • I wish I had a cycle to account for the upswings, but I have Mirena so no period. I'll try those apps. I don't like the way MFP logs weight on a more macro level.
  • I should have said, I unfortunately can't work out due to a torn labrum in my hip. At most I'll be walking a few thousand steps extra and swimming a tad. I wish I could make up the calories in exercise!
