And sodium is the devil, and fat is wicked, and don't eat red meat, it's instant death. Screw all that stuff, I will eat it all. I just log and stay under and so far that works just fine. Moderation is key. Again, moderation. If you eat 10 pounds of sugar, it is you that have the evil craving, it's not sugars fault.

Log completely honestly and include every little morsel. Love yourself first and foremost. Do this for you!! Drink lots and lots of water daily. Measure, weigh your food. You might be surprised. I was skinny up until 21 years old. Then the weight gradually built up over the years. I do feel somewhat predestined from my mom's side, as she was heavy all her life.

According to my calculations, at lightly active, you should be eating around 1900 calories daily to lose 2 lb per week. Sometimes if you are eating too light your weight loss will stall. I would also quit the diet pill, but I am not a doctor. Just my opinion. You can do this with no artificial help.

I have researched and found that almonds give you the most bang for the buck. They are a little on the high calorie side, but worth it for a snack. Sardines are good and turkey too.

Eat in moderation, make your daily goal, burn calories and shoot for next Christmas. It will be more worth it than torturing yourself. I will never condone such a diet. Besides, Christmas is about more than the pants you are able to wear.
