Please please please never eat Tilapia. It is the filthiest and most disease ridden fish out there. It's has no fish taste, right? Because it is farm raised, in fresh water, fed corn and wheat, and yes in those cramped spaces, they eat their own poop!

Yes, anything more than 2000 is too much (unless you are an athlete). Increase the weight loss to 2 lbs per week (this is the maximum safe weight you can lose per week). You can safely lose a maximum of 2 pounds per week. Anything more and you will lose your mind. And you may end up with gall stones and kidney stones. If that happens you will gain the weight back.

If I understand your question, you are trying to find the breakdown of fat, protein and carb for 1200 calories. The RDA recommends 30% fat, 20% protein, 50% carb.
