This is the only thread i can find on this topic - is it too late to join the group? I drink every weekend - lager, like up to 8 pints plus shots. I know :-/ im going sober for October to loose weight, it will completely speed up my weight loss cutting out those calories.

Yeah i feel the same, i try to eat my 1200 cals a day and burn 200-500 cals with exercise. (if i ate those exercise cals i would just be undoing the good work i have done with the exercise.) This method of sticking to my original cals is working for me. But since you are working off a LOT more cals you should eat more…

I have the same thing, i loose weight around my waist but still have the bulge around my belly button - apparantly, (i have read)this is all to do with your natural shape. But you can burn fat (like your zumba classes) which will reduce the weight on your tummy , but in the meantime you can tone up the muscles underneath.…

Yay a new week!! My sunday was pretty bad - couldn't resist my mums roast dinner!!! :-/ BUT! Just did a 1 hour run with my sister so feeling all proud of myself (and sweaty) lol Hope everyone else is feeling positive this Monday!! :-) x

I have been doing ok so far, have been for a run with my sister every night this week and today i walked into town instead of driving. Sticking to about 1200-1400 calories a day too.
