I’ll send a friend request….I share my diary and exercise journey currently

I’m having the same problem. Working out 3-4 days a week (cross training...burning 400-500 calories) and I’m very proud of how closely I’m watching my calorie intake. It is extremely frustrating. But, is better than what I was doing before that landed me in this position. That’s what I keep telling myself. I will be having…

Also, the fit bit calorie Adjustment....does it only "adjust" calories burned and add it to your MFP diary if it is enough to be "worth" adding in your exercise diary in MFP? Did that question make any sense?? lol
-
Yes, it's brand new. It's all registered and ready to go...just states that I've already burned 1066 calories.
-
That's what I figured. Thank you!!! I'm pretty pumped about using it! Do you guys track your sleep with it?

I'm 5'5" and it took 13 lbs (current weight loss) for people to start noticing. Went from 157 to 144. I see the difference too but my pants are only SLIGHTLY better fitting. My clothes are starting to feel better on me but no significant size change yet.

supplementing more protein. The body gets energy from glycogen, fat, and protein so it'll burn all three of those when you reduce calorie. Try getting more PURE protein in your diet (i.e. instead of eating 4oz, eat 6-8 at dinner and lunch) Just a thought! Hope something gives, because it would really blow to lose your…

Good job GasGas. I'm on day #17 and feeling great. I do not feel deprived and I am probably saving money on food (compared on what I spent on groceries before). Also, my husband and I now cook almost every night for dinner and then sometimes eat leftovers. We probably used to eat out at least 2-3 times per week. I agree…

Day 1 - went great! I am not hungry at all but I am having cravings. Today, my craving is popcorn for some reason LOL! Tried the crispy cereal for breakfast and have no intentions of ever eating that again but the good thing is that there are so many options! I had the strawberry pudding and added ice and blended it like a…

Just started day one....well, finished day 1 today!!!! I'm looking for some motivation as well. I know the next couple of days will be rough but I can't wait to see the weight start falling off. I am so ready to get to my true goal weight finally!
-
I'm starting Sunday! I can't wait. I did a trial day (I already have my food) and didn't feel hungry at all but I have a lot of social activities this weekend and didn't want to ruin my 3-4 day phase where your body really starts to burn fat like a machine. I did calorie counting and lost weight and kept it off for 3 years…

I'm 26 y/o 5'5'' and currently 138. I think that 125 is a great goal!! I have the same goal :)

I get in the sunlighten sauna about 3-4 times per week for about 20-30 minutes. I saw a special on my local t.v. station of a group of women who lost a good amount of weight by using the sauna alone. It is supposed to burn between 200-600 calories per 20-30 minutes. I think it all depends on your ht, wt, bmi, and all that…

That's an average of 1.8 lbs/week.....that's excellent!!!!! Keep it up :) you're doing a great job

I'd have to say mom. Children have to learn self control and eating habits from somewhere!! My brother was an overweight child and both he and my mom will admit that if he wanted something (cheeseburger, fast food, etc.) she bought it for him and let him have it. Then, when he would get teased for being overweight, he…

That's great!!!! A healthy way to lose. I wouldn't change anything. Just think, 5 or 10 weeks from now if you lost that amount of weight you could lose between 6-12 lbs. And doing it the right way means it'll stay off :)

I have been at a stand still as well (on the scale) but I can honestly say my clothes are looser. I still need to work on toning, though. Last time I did calorie counting (and did excellent), I made SURE to eat in between meals. I made a list of 300-400 calorie foods that I like. My list had columns (breakfast, lunch, and…

We have close to the same goals....I'll add you as a friend.
