Don't go by the scale. I am sure that you have made great progress in your health. You know that muscle weighs more than fat, and based on what you descibed as your workout routine you have gained a lot of muscle. I bet if you measure by inches you will see that you have lost a lot of inches and your clothes probably fit…

I've been on MFP for 1 week now. And every day I have been careful to eat below my daily calorie count and to exercise. But today I went to the doctor and I weighed in 4lbs heavier than a week ago. I'm so disappointed. Does anyone have any words of encouragement for me?

I can't stand cows milk for the same reason, pus and blood. Yuck. I have grown to like both almond milk and soy milk. Give it time; your tastebuds will change to like the soy milk and any other milk you decide to drink on a regular basis. Tastebuds have memory, they have to learn to like almond milk and soy milk.

Hi All, I am new to MyFitnessPal. I really like it though. And the main thing that I need to be successful if accountablility. So if anyone on this group see that I am missing logging of my food or missing exercise you have my permission to call me out on it.
