P90x is the way to go. If you don't feel strong enough for that one yet, too many pull ups, and they are long workouts, at least an hour. Not only helps you reach your goals, but mentally is so awesome. Because its so challenging, you can't help it but become stronger not only physically.

I have it! I like the the lift and high (or something like that) workouts, the strenght workout out is good. The Bum Bum Rapido, is only 10min but you feel it. It comes with 3 different rotations depending on your body type/what you want to accomplish.
