  • Glad I found this!! I just completed Week 3 of T25 and I l feel leaner and appear more toned, but I've gained 2.4 lbs. Not to mention my knees are KILLING me. I love Shaun T., but I am done with this workout. I need the scale to move down for my own mental health. I'm going back to my old workout.
  • Not necessarily a bad idea, since I do this 3-4 times per week. I work from home, so I always go out for a jog/walk each morning for about 30 minutes and then do some sort of aerobics class in the evening. Sometimes, my legs feel like jello, but I push through it. I will usually eat half a protein bar to eat before I go…

  • I have a huge adjustment as well, and have just been deleting the Fitbit adjustment, b/c it seems like too much. But I love my Fitbit, I'm constantly checking to see how many steps I've done!
  • I use to have Fat Weekends, and I recently stopped this. I figured I could go out and eat whatever I wanted on the weekend as long as I worked out. This had to stop, b/c I was negating all my progress from the week. Maybe just cheat for one meal, and eat good the rest of the day? I occasionally do that.

  • I would suggest both at the same time, especially if your goal is to become healthy not just lose weight. Start slow, like walking at a moderate pace for 20 minutes.

  • You're going to have to fight through, after about 3 classes you get used to the seat. When it starts to really hurt, stand up on the bike.

  • I just restarted Insanity tonight Insanity today, and Oh MY it is killer! Shawn T, I better see some results in a month. I plan to do Insanity 4 times a week, and strength training and walking two other days. It does seem to be a lot of wear and tear on your body!!
