Fitbit Connected & Calorie Adjustments

Hi.
I have my Fitbit linked to my MFP account and I usually have a big calorie adjustment at the end of the day. I log any exercise that I do and all my foods aswell.
I'm thinking my activity level is set to 'Lightly Active' and should be 'Active' perhaps? Maybe that would solve the massive Fitbit adjustments at the end of the day?
Hmmm...

I too have a fit bit adjustment at the end of the day, but I've heard that it is better to set you activity level lower and have an adjustment than set it too high and not be as active as you thought.0

Exactly how does a fitbit work? Does it track your movements all day and tell you how many calories you burned or is it more of a glorified pedometer? Is it a HRM as well?0

Anyone know how the fitbit compares to the body bugg??
Thanks,

I have a huge adjustment as well, and have just been deleting the Fitbit adjustment, b/c it seems like too much. But I love my Fitbit, I'm constantly checking to see how many steps I've done!0
