That meal plan I put up I have are that exact same thing for 2 weeks. Dieting is not fun. Diet 100% is the key. You can make rapid change in how you look very fast just by eating clean healthy foods. I also drink a crazy amount if water a day 10 litres plus. Thanks everyone the feedback you guys give is great.

Yeah under 20g is hard. All you can do is try. Even if you under 50g you should still stayb in ketosis and lose at a after rate. All the best

I was very low a typical day was under 20g Carbs Breakfast - 3 eggs Scrambled with Water no milk and one slice of grilled back bacon. Snack - cheese sticks. Mild cheddar. Spoke with a diet specialist and have a new plan sorted out that I have started today. This morning I ate 2 oatcakes 1 banana and had my shake. Going for on under 20g of carbs back to normal amounts is giving be a great buzz. Feeling full of energy already. Thanks for the comments.
