What all did you do to get those kind of results in 10 weeks (if you don't mind me asking)0 -
Well it's actually 9 weeks and 3 days
It's mostly all diet. What do you guys need help with and I will see if I can help.

What did you do to flatten your stomach so quickly? What did you cut out/increase in your diet?

Just eat good foods, lower you carbs and cals as you lose the weight.
Today's Food:
Meal 1: Protein Shake, banana, 50g oats
Meal2: 150g chicken breast, 100g brown rice, 100g brocoli
Meal3: Same as above
Meal4: 300g Cottage cheese, 4 rice cakes
Meal5: 180g lean mince, 100g mushroom,100g green beans, 100g red onion
Before bed I will have a shake too. All shakes are made with 300ml water.
35mins a day power walk and strength training 4 days a week.

Diet 100% is the key. You can make rapid change in how you look very fast just by eating clean healthy foods.
I also drink a crazy amount if water a day 10 litres plus.
