I was just like you, except whenever I went to the bathroom I would weigh myself. Like you one day the numbers are down, next day the numbers are up. So, I just took the scale out of the bathroom and through it in a closet, I'll have a date once a week with the scale. Hopefully on Monday (weigh in day) I"ll see that all…

Hi! my workout routine is following HIPHOP ABS, for at least 20 minutes per day, that's all my fat as can stand, for now. 10 week challenge, I'm on board

Hip Hop Abs on Youtube is what I usually workout to, Hasfit- another site has great free exercises, even if you don't want to get on the floor to do sit up, Hip-Hop Abs and Hasfit has great workouts you can chose from. Good luck everybody. I'm 5'6 and trying hard as hell to lose 30 lbs. from 177 lbs.
