Walking is good for stress relief and overall fitness when you are just starting out. Eating in a caloric deficit will help with the weight loss. But yes! Walking is wonderful for you. Do it! I am in the best shape of my life and sometimes love to just talk a little walk. It is great.

Whatever you estimate it to be, it is likely going to be more. Either take it easy and just estimate generously, or relax and take the night off from counting and get back to it tomorrow.

After 2 cups of coffee right now it is 54 BPM at the age of 23 (a few months from 24) so I suspect it is a bit lower when I'm completely relaxed.

It is very, very difficult to "overdose" on protein. You'd have to legitimately be spooning protein powder all day. Don't even think about or worry about going over. The only problem would be the excess calories it causes.

Meh. I've seen monster athletes with no motivation absolutely stuff people in competition who are trying hard. Then they just laugh and walk away.

Obviously, but that isn't really a fair comparison. At the highest level of any sport requiring athleticism, men are the better bet to win. If we are going to do a true comparison in athleticism, it makes no sense to bring dedicating and commitment into it since those are really unmeasurable traits.

Tennis no. Golf no. Men in tennis hit harder and are quicker. In golf, men hit the ball father and can get to the green sooner.

If you take creatine make sure you drink a lot of water during the day.
