Eating back your excercise calories is a choice. My calorie goal is 1430 set to lose a pound a week. When i work out i burn between 500-1000kcalories, so on those days I might eat 1700-1900calories, but there is no way i would eat back 1000cal, i don't even think my tummy could handle that. I don't know about 10lbs, that would put me @ losing 2lbs a week and i don't think i'm ready to cut down my calorie intake. But i will try ...but if I lose 5lbs i would be extremely happy.

I call mine a dunlap, as in my stomach done lapped over my pants. CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO and eating clean. When ever i eat too much carbs my tummy blows up. Trying to find s happy place with Carbs...Good Luck

I use a mixture of Coco butter and vitamin oil. But it's really all genetics as far stretch marks. Good Luck

Hi, I'm not sure if you are still breast feeding or not, but you may want to increase your calories, 1200 seems very little. I too want to lose these last 10lbs and i have to constantly eat to loose weight and i eat bewtween 1300-1800cals depending on the Workout. Good luck and feel free to add. ~Chika

I looked at a picture of myself and my muscle building husband and that was it for me. And when i started to out weigh my hubby it was over. Now I am lighter and he can actually carry me with ease. Awesome feeling. I feel like a woman and not a bear.

I have been doing my cardio first and lifting after and losing weight. I sometimes lift first and then do cardio, but I find that after lifting, I don't have as much energy to do cardio, hence why I do cardio first. Okay i'm back....school work is done. I can focus on some me time now. Been doing well with my water and not eating after 8pm and have seen some great weightloss. So i guess this water thing might work. Keep up the great work everyone.

I did awesome today, I didn't eat anything after 6:30pm. I was too busy stressing due to over due school work. When i stress i don't eat. And i got my 64oz in. Keep up the great work eveyrone.

I have to say that i have been soda free for over a year. I just don't buy it. I don't even think my kids know what soda is :) I just replaced it with water enhancers like Mio and that did the trick. But 56oz is better than nothing. Nice work ;)
