I do that as well, i just started 5 small meals a day to curb that and i write everything down, that way you can see that you've eaten all the calories for that day and force yourself to go in the room. Your story is a riot!! I face the same comments when i go home. Oh no, might not want to try that Potato Pie, but being in a healthy family i would look funny at 135 lbs. Lucky for us, we have found our happy medium. I like cereal too...HA,HA:laugh:
