So we are always looking for new/healthy ways to obtain weight loss and i think i found something that can help. I can be pretty cheap at times, and that is what kept me away from this $120 eating and fitness plan, but ladies and gentlemen it works, if you work it. If you sit down for an hour or so to put the stuff together you will be well on the way to substantial weight loss. Basically, it tells you everything that you already know, fruits, veggies, etc. But then it goes the extra mile and tells what you should stay away from for "your" body type. Something just for you!!! Anyway, It has been a week and a half for me and i gotta update the weight loss. Oh yeah, and minimal exercise for particular goals. I walk everyday for additional results, but try it out. Eventually you get so obsessed with how well things are going, you stop yourself from falling. You will see!!! GOOD LUCK MYFITNESSPAL FAMILY!

I loved this plan and lost weight on it big time, but it got hard eating different than everyone in the family and it was expensive to buy.0
