  • OOOOOoooo, This is a good one. I just discovered it. Take two pieces of raisin bread (I like sun-maid) and toast them. Then add 1/2 cup of low-fat cottage cheese to the top of each piece and enjoy. Lots of good hunger-curbing protein and great mix of sweet and salty. I love it and I have never been a breakfast person!
  • The biggest thing is just losing the extra weight. Back fat tends to disperse gradually with belly fat and hip/thigh fat. It is a little bit harder to tone. Some exercises may help a bit though. Don't go crazy with the pushups becaues it can make your arms bigger. Focus on using small weights (3 pounds or a can of soup)…
