Quinoa is great! You can do so many things with it. Add a little olive oil, spices, small amount of diced avocado, black beans. So many things to make it different.

I remember when I could hardly do 2 minutes on the elliptical. Now I do 30-45 minutes everyday, using the programs that go up into the high resistance. It's a lot of sweat and sometimes pain, but I never thought I would be able to do it. Perseverance works.

I will add to what others say. It does work. I eat every 3 hours cause I start my day early. After my breakfast, I enter my food for the rest of the day, except dinner and my last snack. I make sure that I will not end up at dinner with no calories left. This way I can adjust my small meals during the day if I need to. And…

I'm with you, just don't have the ideas or suggestions. I have 10 lbs left to reach 135. Haven't been there in 6 years. I seem to have plateaued. So looking for help too.

Yep, I know how you feel. The scales did not move, up or down, for 4 weeks. Then yesterday, i dropped 2.2 lbs. Wanted to throw the elliptical out lots of days and follow that with a pizza and chocolate lava cake. But I didn't. And now I am glad. So the only advice is what you said, suck it up and keep pressing on.
