I also am not a fan of plain yogurt! I do Love the okois brand of coffee flavored greek yogurt and various other flavors but to eat it just plain, not for me!

so can anyone here tell me if what I burned during these 30 minutes is a fairly accurate estimate? or should I just forgo the monitor and use a % of what MFP estimates?

I'm 240 and yes it had me input my weight, height, DOB, and gender. it also has a chest strap.

you are welcome! hope you enjoy! I forgot to add that you can forgo cooking the "noodles" and have them raw if you prefer. it will cut about an extra 100 calories from the recipe (which serves four so around 25 cal/serving will be cut eating them raw). I don't eat it that way because, well, BACON flavor! need I say more!!!

avoid processed, canned, frozen foods, and deli meats. make use of other spices such as garlic, rosemary, sage, etc...

so you want to lower your carb intake and up your protein. some non meat options: cheese, cottage cheese greek yogurt, beans lentils, what about fish? as was said, switch to whole wheat, brown rice, sweet potatoes vs. white, avoid processed foods as they tend to be high carb and when you do have them watch your portions.…

I MUST have my coffee. I use 1 t sugar, a couple T skim milk, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. I have two 12oz cups a day and it comes in at 70 calories all together.
