I work out once a month for 5 or 10 minutes.... and sorta try to count calories in my head. I cant seem to lose ANY weight. Is it my thyroid??

I got to the link, but it did not change the price in cart. Also, it said free shipping on orders over $50 and it said the shipping would be $4.99 I guess saving $25 is really not worth the hassle. LOL

Usually the answer is: Eat Less / Exercise more. Putting on muscle is a slow process from a biological standpoint, so I doubt that your slow loss is due to adding pounds of muscle.. So back to the answer: Eat Less / Exercise more Simple stuff :)

One of the "Biggest Loser" winners averaged 1lb per day for over 100 days. She got a lot of heat for it... but she did not die. I don't know if you blew back up.. I lost 60 faster than people say is "acceptable".. don't really care. Dr said: Nice Job

The crust alone on a 18" New York slice is over 200 calories. Compare it to a single flour tortilla. ITS SO SAD

I weighed a slice of what I consider to be "Normal" New York Style pepperoni and sausage. It came out to 480 calories for one slice. Pizza is my downfall too.. I just cant make it fit so I eat it very seldom :( When I log this, I find the one that is 480 cal - 1200 sodium) hit enter then cry

i see some people "doing cardio" at the gym... It's pretty laughable. If you can talk to your neighbor for 30 minutes... Back to the question: Do you weigh your food? If you weigh your food and are at 1200 Calories, then I would say step up the exercise.

I eat one or two a day. I love the taste, it helps me stay closer to my Protein Macro... My goal so far is Losing Weight - That is being accomplished. I will switch to gain at 180, and plan to keep one in the mix
