So I started Ripped in 30 on Saturday and have increased my water in take like crazy. Up to about a gallon and a half. I went from 142 pre pregnancy to 174 the day I delivered. I'm exclusively breastfeeding and have been working out since 5 weeks or less pp. The scale has been stuck at 159-158. I'm almost 6 weeks PP and actually gained 2 lbs even though I've been walking 3+ miles a day and watching what I eat. I also breastfeed. It's actually why I joined this. I'm so frustrated. I've lost 16 of the 32 I gained so far and most of that came right off...now NOTHING. I'm also breastfeeding.
