Yes, the pain subsides with rest. Pressing the area , just above the ankle doesn't hurt either. Only foot inversion and plantar-flexion of the feet causes pain.

Honestly, I don't know. I don't do elliptical nor biking. I do a cardiovascular routine when I can't run. It includes jumping jacks and I don't know if it's bad for the tendon? Hi! Not so new here pero kakalog in ko lang ulit sa MFP :) I am thinking I am eating too much which is why my weight won't go down even if I do cardio and strength training.I believe using MFP will help me track the food I eat. I hope we can become weight loss buddies :)
