If you are worried, see your doctor. Though if it helps, my hair comes out in masses every time I brush my hair or wash it or pretty much do anything! It is everywhere, my partner is always picking it up from around our flat. It has been happening for years and years, and I have an absolute lion's mane of hair lol. x

Being conscious of your health and fitness is important at any age. Cbhubbybubble - Ironic you should say that, seeing as I do own a horse and riding is my main form of exercise, ha! Thanks everyone, it is great to hear what other people do. I think I will try to make sensible choices, but will treat myself a bit seeing as it is so rare for me to go away.

Depends how you feel about 0 calorie artifical sweeteners, but I like to have for breakfast 0% fat greek yoghurt, with a banana sliced up, and some truvia sweetner mixed in
