I have got 2 small cod fillets for lunch but I'm concerned they may be a bit dry.

Is there anything I could put on them that is low carb?

I have veg with them and was thinking about squeezing a lemon over them.

Any ideas?

I don't have the facility at work to make some. Can it be bought in a shop?

The one thing I loved about doing low carb years ago was that most creamy dressings were A-OK. How about some caesar or ranch dressing or a little mayo?
  • All noted thanks.

Mayo seems to be the most accessible for me here. :)

Some stores may have it ready made, it depends what you have access to. You could do lemon butter though as you have access to a lemon and butter should be fairly easy to come by. Perhaps with some black pepper too.
