really just yoga right now. i do 90 minutes every day and it's an intense practice, with jumping, etc., so there's a somewhat aerobic component to it as well. i get in a good amount of walking with my baby and around town, but that's not really intended as exercise per se. i also do random things like squats or stretches…

hi all. i just did my ashtanga yoga practice for the day. i was starving after so i'm having a snack! practice was better today with the air conditioner on - at least didn't feel so wiped out *during* it. now the question is whether i'll have energy to focus on work for the next two hours until lunch.

i just joined MFP and am in! i'm hoping to get fit this summer before getting pregnant again. i'm hoping to lose about 15 pounds - not sure if it's possible over the summer since i'm not very overweight to begin with, but i mostly want to commit to getting fitter and be in better shape by then, whatever the scale says.
