I too have PCOS, it stinks, I am infertile from it just came of fertility meds/progesterone , injections ect. 2-3 months ago, I workout and eat right, I gained so much and can not get the scale to move in the right direction so the DR is giving me something similar to Phen since I have been on Phen before and it messed…

I know(not to many healthy options), and oh my I love freebirds, have not ate there in a while but it is so tasty! I do not like Double Dave's though!! Have fun, not alot to do here but eat and bars and I do not drink so its pretty much eating for me haha!

GREAT!! I love it, I cant wait to go back in to my wardrobe! I have lots of clothing that I CAN NOT FIT INTO!! I WILL get there again ;)! And promise myself to stay there or lose NO MORE GAINING!!! I love hearing others it helps so much...KUP!!
