30 DAY SHRED and more

Okay should I do the 30 day shred like level 1 for 30 days then level 2 for 30 days?? I have already been working out some and i feel like I could/should advance to level 2?

Also what else should I do should I walk/jog after or before?

I also bumbed my cal intake up to 1330 since I changed my goal to one pound a week, but my BMI(i think thats what its called) is shown to be 1464 so to lose what should I do? I also have PCOS so they say low carb is BETTER for me to lose and I do tend to lose more with low carb so can I set me personal diary to keep better track of carbs like show them to me on the actual app on my phone and not just on the website?

    Well as for 30DS, I would say just take it at your own pace. Most people do each level for 10 days. But if you feel like level 1 is too easy, move up to level 2. Definately do some extra stretching before and after though...she doesn't do much and you'll need it.

    As far as what else to do along with the 30 DS - you should do whatever you are comfortable with, whether that is walking, jogging, weight training (a very good addition to your workout), or other exercise videos. After you have become comfortable with them, you will move on to others and learn more from the message boards what works for others. I am doing Ripped in 30 along with Brazil Butt Bum Bum and I like both of them. I am also going to incorporate some weight training 3 times/week (all done at home). I find I love Jillian Michaels workouts the best! I hope that helps and good luck to you!
