your supposed to eat 50 to 70 % of your calories back at least, all of them is recommended. If you know your going to do something and it burns alot you can plan for it throughout the day. ok as I understand it and you said it best a pound is a pound either fat or muscle. But you can lose fat, gain muscle and not lose weight because it's displaced. You will however still lose inches because you've lost fat. Is that still confusing because it makes sense to me

I LOVE heat in just about anything. I once dryed jalapenos and added it to a chex mix but I'm sure you can add it to popcorn and it would do the same. Add crunch and heat. I even put them in hummus and jerky

I was told Stevia was the best sweetener out there but you have to make sure it's the natural one, and that was by a doctor. Just like to add a bit of protein to every meal will also help take the weight off. All I was trying to get at with the soda thing was that things are ok in moderation.

I say as long as your within your calories it shouldn't matter. Well I opened up my diary for people to look at. I know I'm not lacking in protein because I talked to a digestive specialist and she said when you were losing weight to add protein to every meal and it will help take off the weight

experiment with seasonings and your popcorn. I have made some delicious popcorn without butter. Hummus is great with veggies, home made beef jerky...just some ideas
