That's possible, I do that too. Put that in walking very, very brisk pace under cardio :-)

I started to gain weight even if I were on 1200 calories so body does not do what you want it to do.. But do not start overeating again, you can do this!! Eat a lot of proteins, drink a lot of water and don't go on the scale for more than once a week. And decide if you want to loose more or go back to where you were. Good…

Coffee seems to be the only thing I can't give up, so yes :-) I even quit smoking but I'm not able to stay away from coffee. But the one thing I never do, is drink coffee with milk or cream. If you ask the low carb-people, too much protein aren't possible :glasses: If your body uses the proteins to work it breaks down the fat in your body, carbs breaks down their own carbs and gives you quick energy. I use 40% of my total food intake, I'm sure that's too little but then again - I don't lift weights.

I always walk before dinner. You get easier tired if you haven't eaten properly, at least that's my problem.
