Put on 0.4!!! What the hell!! I was struggling to lose weight, so I listened to those on a forum stating that I should be eating my exercise calories back, so decided to try this out, obviously hasn't worked for me. So what next???!! Maybe I'll try zig zaging my calories or eat half my exercise calories back, oh well lets…

Got through Day 8 Level 1 this morning, I find it manageable now.
