How do you track Weight Watcher's on MFP?

Yeah, they seem to forget about us mature people. As you age it's harder to lose weight. I am 61 and need to lose 50 pounds. Heavy weights is NOT an option for me. Young people have it made, they have youth and time on their side, plus better mobility but as you age that lessens. Anything for us MATURE people?

What is the best heart rate monitor that also counts calories but doesn't cost an arm and a leg, also one you can change batteries in? Which is more accurate chest monitor or watch kind.

You can't rely on many of the counters on many of the machines because you have to add your weight and age into it.

Thank you. I want something that isn't going to cling to my stomach, I want a little room. So many of the T-shirts are that stretchy stuff and that clings and I don't like that. Don't want my bumps and bulges showing. LOL.

No I will not be going to the gym, I will be doing at home with dumbbells or whatever else I can use. I don't want to waste hours at the gym waiting to get on equipment or using equipment.

What is better for losing weight, counting carbs or counting calories? Also, how many carbs are you supposed to have in a day?

Lost 5 pounds in August but it was up and down. Hoping September will be better. Not really liking this weather. Yesterday and today only in the 50's, supposed to be in the 70's. Had to pull out the long sleeves. LOL. Hope everyone has a great day.
