Check out salads in jars. I make them in advance and they are super easy and handy to have ready to grab on the go. :) There are tons of recipes out there.

I'm not at my goal weight and I get a lot of compliments and encouragement from people I know. Friends and coworkers ask first if I am losing weight, and then say that I look good and to keep it up. It feels good.

Ha! I don't even use a Polar heart rate monitor. My HRM itself does not report calories. I plug my average heart rate from the Omron HR-100C Heart Rate Monitor into http://www.triathlontrainingblog.com/calculators/calories-burned-calculator-based-on-average-heart-rate/.
